The size you need depends on the type and volume of waste. For small home cleanouts or yard projects, a 12-yard dumpster works well. For larger renovations or construction debris, a 20-yard dumpster is usually ideal.  We also offer 16-yard dumpsters for projects that fall somewhere in between. If you're not sure, give us a call we're happy to guide you.

You can dispose of general household junk, furniture, yard debris, construction debris, roofing materials, and other common project waste. If you’re unsure whether a specific item is allowed, just ask before loading it. We’re happy to help.

We cannot accept hazardous or prohibited materials such as paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks, or asbestos or other restricted items. These must be disposed of according to applicable local regulations. If you're unsure about a specific item, contact us before loading the dumpster and we'll determine whether it's accepted.

Standard rental periods are three to seven days, depending on your project. We also offer flexible rental periods to meet your needs if you need the dumpster longer. Just let us know what you need, and we'll help arrange an extended rental.

In some areas, yes. If you plan to place a dumpster on a public road or sidewalk, local regulations may require a permit.  Permit requirements vary by municipality, so check with your local government before scheduling delivery. We can help you understand what may be required for your project.

We offer same-day or next-day delivery in most cases across Pinellas, West Pasco, and West Hillsborough Counties. Call or book early for best availability!

No, you don't need to be home for delivery or pickup. Just make sure the drop-off area is clear and accessible. We'll handle the rest. If you have placement instructions, you can provide them to us ahead of time.

You can fill the dumpster up to the top edge, but nothing should extend above or over the sides. Weight limits depend on the dumpster size and the type of material being disposed of. We’ll review the applicable limits with you when you book. Overloading may result in additional fees.

Absolutely. We also deliver bulk landscaping and construction materials such as dirt, mulch, gravel, lumber, and more directly to your site.

Each dumpster size includes a generous weight allowance. If you exceed the included weight, a prorated charge may apply for the additional tonnage. We'll review the applicable weight limit with you when you book so there are no surprises.
